Village Fete to celebrate the Coronation

Great Casterton will be holding a village Fete to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.

This will be in two parts, the first being on Coronation Day Saturday 6th May when the village beacon at the crossroads will be lit at 8.00pm.

(This beacon was erected in 2022 and was first lit to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.)

The second part will be the following day Sunday 7th May when we will hold a Fete between 1.30 and 5.00pm in the field behind the Crown Pub. This will be similar to last year's with a bar, food outlets, Tombola, stalls and a band.

Entrance fee will be £1 per person with free parking.
